Safety Policy Statement

The management of Tony Angelo Concrete Construction Company considers accident prevention an extremely important component of operations and administration. It is the policy of this company to provide a safe and healthy work place for its employees. Tony Angelo will not require any employee to work in surroundings or under working conditions that are unsafe or harmful to any employee.

Management Responsibility

It is the responsibility of this company to initiate and maintain safety programs which, in part, shall consist of regular inspections of job sites, materials and equipment. It is the management’s responsibility to maintain a safe operation for all employees. This includes taking whatever action is necessary to maintain the company safety plan. Acts of employees that violate the safety rules will be considered grounds for disciplinary action or discharge, depending on the seriousness of the violation.

Employee Responsibility

It is the responsibility of each employee to comply with the company safety plan, and apply Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA and MIOSHA) requirements and any other recognized standards. All employees are required to report all unsafe acts or conditions, defective and unsafe equipment, and to utilize the proper safety equipment provided.
